How did you become a realtor?
I started in 1985 when transitioning from an executive in the construction industry to my long time passion for Real Estate. I felt that a career based on integrity, honesty, accountability and a strong work ethic would find a client base desiring of those standards.
One would assume that was a good decision after all these years, right?
Definitely. I am proud of a career based on the best in customer service and a high level of ethical standards.
Do you have a special geographical area of expertise?
I am knowledgeable and have a lot of experience selling throughout Newport Beach, Costa Mesa and Laguna Beach, and have specialized in the Newport Heights and Cliff Haven neighborhoods of Newport Beach for over 30 years. I have sold more homes in those neighborhoods than any other agent or team in the area.
What are your best attributes?
I truly care about my clients and helping them to achieve their objectives, whether to find the perfect home or to sell their existing home for the highest possible price. I am as passionate about people as he is about real estate, and my exceptional ability to be a good listener translates into being a skillful negotiator. My background in construction and Real Estate management makes me an experienced resource - one who can be relied upon. My clients have much faith in my ability as they do in my integrity. They know they can always depend on me to take care of things seamlessly.
What do you think sets you apart from other realtors ?
As a realtor I am truly fortunate to have a proven track record and success rate. I seek to ensure that my clients achieve a most positive experience and can provide advice on all aspects of real estate. I enjoy an honorable reputation among my clients and fellow realtors, demonstrate tireless efforts on behalf of my clients, and maintain a client base of many repeats and referrals.
Is there anything else you’d like to add?
I am so fortunate to live and work in an area that most consider a vacation destination. When you’re a bike ride away from the beach, harbor and Back Bay, it’s easy to see why. With too many good restaurants to choose from and world class shopping close by, I wouldn’t live and work anywhere else.
